Zen Computing was established April 2008. The two owners strive to provide the fastest and easiest access to creating and maintaining web sites for their clients. Anyone can build and provide websites, but the owners have an philosophy that all companies should have easy access to the web and have the power and means to maintain their website with little to no prior experience.
Zen Computing sets a goal to deliver web technologies to all businesses and organization in the most efficient and professional manner. This philosophy is supported by the use and contribution to many different open-source technologies. Zen Computing provides many different services quickly and efficiently to reduce the cost to enter the web arena, and grant you access to certain technologies only available to the largest corporations.
Meet the Owners

Jonathan Hall, partner
Starting at age 13, Jon knew he wanted to tinker with computers. He tore apart is dads old 386 machine only to upgrade it to a 486. From there a life down the technology tunnel had begun. Since 1995, Jon has been building websites for himself and others.
Graduating from Norman High School, Norman, Oklahoma, he went on to attend William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri to double major in Computer Information Science and Mathematics. Later in life he picked up a number of web technologies starting with ASP, migrating to Coldfusion. He continues to use and support open-source technologies.

Buddy Smith, partner
Buddy had many different occupations and interests while growing up but was able to find his passion while attending college. After a little help from Jon, he was able to build his own desktop PC and was destined to learn more. Thus, researching computers and learning new technologies turned into his career goals.
Graduating from Lecanto High School, Lecanto, Florida, he went on to join the United States Navy, studying Aviation Electronics. After he left the Navy, Buddy attended William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri to double major in Computer Information Science and Mathematics. After college, Buddy has had the opportunity to learn many aspects of management systems and looks forward to diving into new technologies in the future.
